About the Recipe
The espresso is a brewing method that stands as a testament to the art and science of coffee. Finely ground coffee undergoes a high pressure extraction process, delivering a small yet powerful shot. The result is a velvety, robust, and strong form of coffee. You can drink it as it is or add water to dilute it into an Americano.
